Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases to identify qualified candidates.
  • Verify candidate credentials, licenses, and eligibility requirements.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records. 

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience in the UAE.

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing authorities (DoH, DHA, MOHAP).

✔ Experience recruiting healthcare professionals across various specialties.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

✔ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of healthcare professionals within the UAE.
  • Experience working with healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, or medical recruitment agencies.
  • Knowledge of visa processing and onboarding procedures is an advantage.
