Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases to identify qualified candidates.
- Verify candidate credentials, licenses, and eligibility requirements.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience in the UAE.
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing authorities (DoH, DHA, MOHAP).
✔ Experience recruiting healthcare professionals across various specialties.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
✔ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of healthcare professionals within the UAE.
- Experience working with healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, or medical recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of visa processing and onboarding procedures is an advantage.
