We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from appointment scheduling to follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and confidentiality standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or healthcare management systems is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
