We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This role requires strong administrative and data entry skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, maintain, and update company files and records

• Ensure documents are properly filed and easily accessible

• Enter and manage data accurately in Excel and internal systems

• Maintain both digital and physical documentation systems

• Coordinate with different departments regarding document submissions and updates

• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and confidentiality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Previous experience in document control, administration, or data entry is an advantage
