Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's car rental services to individual and corporate clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable rental solutions based on their needs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rental agreements, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle bookings and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on company promotions, fleet availability, pricing, and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the UAE car rental industry is required.
- Strong understanding of car rental operations, products, and services.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to one month are preferred.
