Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Manage front desk operations and reception area
  • Maintain office records and handle basic administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required
  • Assist in data entry and documentation tasks using Microsoft Excel
  • Support internal teams with clerical duties as needed
  • Ensure a clean and organized reception area
