We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager with strong expertise in UAE Labour Law and hands-on experience managing end-to-end HR operations in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting business objectives by building a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with UAE Labour Law and company standards
- Ensure full compliance with MOHRE regulations, WPS requirements, employment contracts, visas, and internal company policies
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and hiring
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Work closely with internal PRO and licensing teams to streamline visa processing, labour contracts, and approvals
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Lead performance appraisal processes, KPIs, and employee evaluation systems
- Develop and implement employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives
- Design and roll out HR programs including recognition schemes, engagement activities, feedback mechanisms, and internal initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning and development programs
- Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, and benefits with the finance department
- Ensure timely and accurate salary processing through the WPS system
- Oversee leave administration, end-of-service benefits, and final settlements in compliance with UAE Labour Law

Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

4–7 years of HR experience in the UAE

Experience in group or multi-entity environments

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
Nice to have

CIPD (Level 5 or 7) or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
- Background in multi-national, fast-growing, or regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, cybersecurity, corporate services)

- Additional language skills (Arabic is an advantage)
