About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Healthcare Team Leader to oversee operations, manage client relationships, and lead strategic healthcare projects across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a solid understanding of UAE healthcare regulations. This role is critical in ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support healthcare teams across multiple locations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Plan, manage, and execute healthcare projects from initiation to completion
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal departments and external partners
  • Monitor team performance, project timelines, and service quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, including DOH, DHA, and MOH requirements
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices
  • Support business growth initiatives, including service expansion and client acquisition
  • Prepare reports, updates, and performance insights for senior management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or a similar role within the UAE
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DOH, DHA, MOH)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous)

  • Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare settings
  • Exposure to business development, partnerships, or service expansion initiatives
  • PMP or other project management certification
