About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems, equipment, and components
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers
- Perform calculations to ensure systems meet required standards and performance criteria
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support during installation and commissioning
- Maintain documentation and reports for all engineering activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in electrical design, installation, or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and control systems
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification or license (if applicable)
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or energy sectors
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems or automation is an advantage
