About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Caregivers / Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centered care to patients in a professional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patients' quality of life while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Support patients with feeding and hydration as required.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
- Measure and record basic vital signs when required.
- Assist with patient transfers and safe mobility using appropriate techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while respecting patient privacy and dignity.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed by the supervising healthcare professional.
- Follow infection prevention, health, and safety protocols at all times.
- Accurately document care activities and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Certificate in Caregiving, Nursing Assistance, or a related healthcare field.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver or Nursing Assistant is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Physically capable of assisting patients with mobility and daily care activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
