About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Engineer (MCC Certified) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and surveillance systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of regulatory compliance, and the ability to support critical security infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP-based surveillance solutions
- Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose system faults to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
- Ensure all systems comply with UAE regulations, including SIRA and ADMCC requirements
- Prepare detailed technical reports, system documentation, and maintenance logs
- Support system integration with Monitoring and Control Centres (MCC)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and system reliability
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid MCC (Monitoring & Control Centre) Certification – Mandatory
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience within the UAE in CCTV installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of IP-based surveillance systems and technologies
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, switches, routers)
- Familiarity with SIRA and/or ADMCC regulations and compliance standards
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous)
- Experience with system integration and large-scale surveillance projects
- Knowledge of access control, video management systems (VMS), or related security technologies
- Relevant technical certifications in networking or security systems
