Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers on pending requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and response time standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.
