Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers on pending requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and response time standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.
